My Girly's Come Home!

Sweet Saint of Orgasms, I have my car back! I am absolutely beside myself with joy. Feeling my girl purr happily under my thighs again is better than booze. And the towing/repairs/etc. only cost me $50, which is far better than I thought it would be. Turns out my trunk light was draining my battery (as was not driving my car every day), but my battery's in perfect shape, so I don't need a new one. (Whew!) And my alternator's fine, too, which was my next concern.

I nearly cried, I was so happy to have my lovely red machinery beneath me again, growling furiously in untapped power. I came this close to ripping down the interstate, just to release her, but it's pouring cats and dogs and I had ice cream melting in the trunk. (I admit I'm still a little jealous over Chris' car, but my baby can hold her own. And she's prettier, too. Sleek lines in glorious scarlet. I am so in love with her.)

There's a direct correlation between the loss of my car and my recent drinking binge. The night she went cold was the first night I got completely plastered. Now that I have her back, all I want to do is roar along with her down the highway. (I just wish my baby was manual so I didn't have to rely on dumb auto transmission.)

Forget lovely boys and alcohol, I have a car!

Her name is Ruby because 1) she's red and 2) I named her after my late favorite hamster. 'Cuz she's just so goshdarn cute. ^_^

I love her!

Are you sure about that? We'll find out this weekend!! We should have a drinking contest, but up against you I'm not sure how I will fair! I may have to pray to my German ancestors for some help!! But you know, I have to tell you...Mari and I were shopping at Urban Outfitters and I happened to come across a shirt printed w/ fire trucks and ambulances and also some band-aids decorated with sushi...guess who I thought of...hahahahha! I almost had to buy you an early christmas present! You're awesome crazy Abby!!
