Dumber Than Ever Before

Went over to Tagg's last night. He made filet mignon and although it was cooked waaaaaaay to much for my taste (I prefer medium-rare or rare), it was still amazingly good. His mom took care of the potatoes and helped him with the salad (I hate kalamata olives, but these were straight from Greece and they were divine), and I stood around and tried to be helpful and drank copious amounts of beer (I seasoned the beef!)

I gave him his Xmas presents and he gave me mine: a bottle of REAL vodka that he picked up when he was stationed in Russia/Siberia. It's the real mccoy and I just love it ohmygoodness. Haven't tasted any yet, but it's sure to be good.

I gave Phyllis the wagashi I picked up for her at Peacock. Bill randomly produced a bottle of Mateus blush that was amazing (and I hate blush wines--they're for ambivalent weenies), although I stuck to my white and beer. Then we watched Super Troopers. It's an incredibly funny movie, but watching it with Tagg's parents was a little awkward, especially the "mustache ride" scene. Not exactly a "family" movie.

Got home around a quarter to three. I felt bad for Tagg, since he had to pick me up and take me home.

Was on AIM earlier today and saw that windgodz was online, so I im'd him to see what the heck is going on. He hasn't emailed me in forever, and I wanted to see what was up. So I sent a message and the reply was "this isn't [windgodz]." Which was surprising. "I didn't realize that he left his AIM on," the mystery person explained. So I asked where he was. "Tennessee." (Although mystery person didn't spell it right.) At that point, my mind was doing a little "What the fuck?" since I hadn't heard anything about that. So I figured maybe he was in some obscure place in Tennessee. "What part?" "Nashville." Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I mean, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. This keeps getting weirder and weirder. "Really?" "Yeah." Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. "Can I ask who you are?" "Jana." (Yeah, saw that coming. My favoritest person in the whole wide world.) "This is Abby." "I know." "Oh. ::embarrassed::" [No reply.] "Okay, yeah, well, thanks. Bye." "Bye."

Although I can't decide how I feel about all of this. I've tried calling his phone, but he won't pick up. I left a bizarre message on his phone because my brain has gotten really slow since the seizure. I have trouble speaking, my tongue won't form the right sounds. I was complaining to my dad about it the other day, about how I listen to things and can't visualize what's being described to me, how I can't describe things. Mom said that now I know how it feels to be normal like everybody else. Dad and I agreed that's it's tragic to become dumb after you've been smart because you remember having been smart. It's like learning to drive with a mustang and then having to trade it in for a minivan. MY HEAD IS SO SLOW! I've gone fucking 'TARDED! ARGH!

And I can't keep a single topic in my head for more than a few minutes. Which explains the random subject shift above.

Hehe...Super Troopers -- terrible plot, weak story, funny as hell.

"The schnozzberries taste like schnozzberries *lick* *lick*" -- that part cracks me up.

"I'm freaking out man!!!"
"You are freaking out..........man."
